Following terms and conditions only apply to purchases on the website. These terms do not apply to books that are directly bought by the seller (”ad books”/book ads) in our webbshop. For such purchases see ”Terms and conditions of book ads”.
Prices and Payment
Each item is listed with the price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price, including all fees, sales tax, shipping and payment. The terms of payment are shown in the shopping cart and varies depending on which payment method you have selected. Your withdrawal period is valid for 14 days. In the notice about the withdrawal it must clearly be stated that you regret your purchase and wish to withdraw from it. The withdrawal period begins the day that you receive the purchased item, or a substantial part of it.
When invoking your right of withdrawal: You are required to keep the item in a condition as good as when it was received. You are not allowed to use the item, but you are allowed to examine it. If the purchased goods are damaged or lost because of your carelessness, you are no longer entitled to invoke the right of withdrawal.
If a product that is returned to us in the purpose of undo and cancel the purchase has been opened or used we will send the product back to you. If the item is faulty or if you want to return or exchange the item, you must print a return form from our web site and mail it along with the product to us. This is important so that we know who it is that has returned the item.
The time of delivery is shown in the shopping cart. It will vary depending on which shipping method you select and it will also be shown in the shopping cart. If one item has an other time of delivery it will be specified at that item. In the case that the selected item won’t be able to be delivered in time we will let you know.
Bought books that are chosen to be collected from the bookshop will be kept in the bookshop for a maximum period of three (3) months. If the customer has not collected the purchased book within this period of time, Campusbokhandeln reserves the right to get rid of and recycle the book to the sake of space in favor for other books, without any financial obligation to the customer.
Returns of purchased items are at your own expense, unless the items are defective or if we have made a mistake packing the items. Returned items must be sent by mail or packages, not COD (cash on delivery). When changing an item for another item we will pay the new shipment from us to you. When invoking your right of withdrawal from a purchase of an item, this item must be returned to us.
If invoking your right of withdrawal we will pay you back what you paid for the item as soon as possible or within 14 days, counted from the day the we received the returned item. The costs for the shipping of the returned item must be paid by you. We always pay the return costs of shipping the replacement item. Other information regarding replacement, return and complaint
If you do not receive your items, you must notify us within 14 days from the order date.
In case of conflict, we follow the Consumer Complaints Board recommendations (Allmänna reklamationsnämndens rekomendationer).
When a customer have placed an order from us, it rests upon the responsability of the customer to review and approve the terms of the sale, whether the order is placed by phone, email or via the web.
All deals are valid for the specified period or until the product is sold out.
As a customer you have the right to cancel the order if we do not perform within the agreed delivery time. You can cancel the purchase within 20 days if we deviate from our commitments in the purchase agreement.
Campusbokhandeln is not responsible for delays in performance caused by circumstances beyond Campusbokhandelns reasonable control. In case of force majeure, Campusbokhandeln is entitled to extra time to fulfill their commitments. Examples of such circumstances include, but are not limited to strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier, transport or production disruptions, govenmental regulatory actions, or natural disaster. If such circumstances lasts more than two months, both sides have the right to terminate this Agreement without the other pary being entitled to receive compensation or the obligation to disclose compensation.
