1. How much will I get if I sell my books through you?

Answer: You receive up to 70% of the price of the book when sold as new, based on lowest online book store price. The percentage varies depending on the condition of your books and if they are the most recent editions. For more information, see Sell Books.

2. Can I pay by card?

Answer: Yes of course ! Since we want to be nice to the environment we only handle payments by card in-store, no cash. We take all cards issued by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

3. I have sold books, can I use my outstanding balance as payment for books online and in-store?

Answer: Yes, as long as you haven't requested the balance to be transferred to your bank account.

4. When will I receive payment for my sold books?

Answer: If you have requested payment through Balance and Payments, it may take up to four weeks before the money is in your bank account. At the start of semester it may take slightly longer. If you have not received your money within three weeks, please check that you have entered your bank account details correctly, and contact us.

5. How do I get a new password?

Answer: You can request a new password here. If it is not in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam. If it is not there either, please contact us. If the new password does not work, please contact us.

6. Why can't I log in?

Answer: This is either because your account has not been activated, or your log in details are incorrect. You can try to request a new password. If it is not in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam. If it is not there either or if the new password doesn't work- please contact us.

7. How do I activate my account?

Answer: When you create a new account, you receive an email with an activation link. If the email is not in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam. If it is not there either, please contact us

8. I am trying to create a new account, but my email address is already in use. What can I do?

Answer: This is probably because you already have an account registered with us. Request a new password if you have forgotten your old one, or contact us for help.

9. I have ordered books through the web shop, but have not received any notification. How do I know where my books are?

Answer: Under Bought Books you can see the current delivery status of books ordered through the web shop.

10. How do I register my bank details in order to transfer my balance?


To a non-Swedish bank account
Go to the Settings tab and fill in your IBAN/Account number as well as the BIC/SWIFT-code and press save. If your bank is not part of the IBAN, please also update your home address to one located in the country where you want the money to be transfer, as this is needed for us to transfer the money to a non-Swedish bank account. The international transfers will usually be processed within a month's time.

To a Swedish bank account
Go to Settings and enter the clearing- and account number of your bank. Press save and then just click request payment. These transfers usually takes around two weeks but can take longer at beginning of semesters.

11. Where is my invoice?

Answer: Your invoice will arrive in your email inbox within a day of placing your order. If the email doesn't arrive and you have checked your spam folder, email us at and we can help you. If you have a Swedish personal identity number and bank-id you can find your invoice at
