Going from long sick leave, brain stress to changing careers, selling our home, opening up for a new adventure, and moving abroad. Changing the way I act, stepping out of my comfort zone, and challenging myself has undoubtedly led to me feeling the fear of change but gone ahead and done it anyway. Altogether, it has made me feel alive. My experiences have filled a purpose; to understand life as a journey, with opportunities to create an expansion, not just act as separate destinations. I wrote this book for you and me.
