Motivation is one of the most studied phenomena in psychology and is widely considered the driving force behind our behaviour. In this ‘Little Book’, a number of theoretical perspectives are presented to describe and explain motivation in different ways. Its aim is to give you a better understanding of what motivation is, where it originates from, the consequences it has for our behaviour, as well as how you can influence and change your own motivation and that of others.
