EEmperor Haile Selassie was revered as the Messiah by so many people around the world. For almost half a century, he ruled his country quite peacefully. Shortly after his death, strange things began to happen in Ethiopia: civil unrest, mass executions, and war. It appeared as if a powerful spirit was out for vengeance.

Daniel, 21, is caught amid this turmoil. He stumbles into a situation where he shoots a top government official, responsible for the death of his girlfriend, and gets apprehended right away. Not long after, a Kangaroo court sentences him to death by firing squad. Meanwhile, his brother, a veteran guerrilla fighter, devises a dazzling plan to rescue him.
