Description

Swedish Grammar shows how the Swedish language is structured and how it works in a simple way. The book is filled with straightforward examples and clear tables that explain and clarify the grammatical aspects of Swedish.

The book is intended to be used together with På svenska! 2 and På svenska! 3, but is also ideal as a stand-alone grammar book for anyone studying Swedish as a foreign language, sfi or Swedish as a second language. It is suitable for levels A2 to C1 on the Council of Europe Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

This book covers the basics of Swedish grammar, but also deals with areas such as abbreviations, pronunciation and the use of commas and hyphens. It includes a section on meanings of certain words that are often confused.

Common language issues are covered throughout the book in the tip section. At the end of Swedish Grammar there is a glossary with useful words and expressions that students can work with in various ways and can even translate the words into their native language.
