Histories for potteries known to produce Staffordshire dogs are presented, including James Dudson, the Par-Kent Factory, Poole & Unwin, Ridgway & Robey, and Sampson-Smith. Instruction on differentiating original antique Staffordshire dogs from modern reproduction are provided.
